Compared to previous agencies I have rented with, the team has been so friendly, approachable, professional and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful process feel really easy. The team have always been quick to respond to emails and had good communication. Jason, the owner, took time to show me around the property on the move-in day including showing me where fire and carbon monoxide alarms are, explaining how to use the boiler and what to do if radiators are not working. I have not experienced this level of attention and care from previous agencies! we are renting our house through Davies, honestly, they’ve made the whole experience surprisingly easy — almost too easy. I keep waiting for the usual rental chaos, but nope… everything just works.The team is super friendly and always quick to help. They’re on it. Have a random question? (trust me i had loads )They reply before you’ve even put the kettle on. It’s been refreshing to deal with people who are organised, approachable, and actually seem to care about their tenants.The house has been great finished to a very high standard, the communication has been smooth, and I’ve felt looked after from day one. Davis properties are fantastic we had what should have been a simple sale but it turned very complex but the team at Davis Properties were fantastic with it especially Dianne she is a credit to the company always keeping a check on everything and chasing all the parties involved.
